      Pros

      - Opportunity for growth within the company - Comfortable and progressive work environment - Understanding leadership, and great teamwork - Work/life balance is something that is expected, and appreciated within the firm -

      Cons

      Like any company, there is good and bad, but I will say that teamwork and collaboration is a must here, so there is always that expectation from any employee, which makes for a fun and progressive work environment.

      Quickly going downhill

      Pros

      Every day is different and you can switch up what you want to work on.

      Cons

      Positive work culture went out the door. Management makes it clear that the employees are disposable. Micromanagement, turnover. The list goes on.

      Pros

      The pay was great and the benefits were good, and the culture was amazing. Everything else should scare you away.

      Cons

      Work-life balance? Forget about it. You’ll be asked to work late and come in early every day and probably still won’t be performing well enough. If you’re not doing well, they won’t do much to help you-they would put you in a room and act like you needed some help and then just let you go and lay you off without even thinking twice. You will not be an employee here, you will be a number. Also do NOT believe shady management when they tell you that your job is safe, that is not true in the slightest. They’ll tell you what you want to hear.
