Worst Culture ever, Most management is bad and clueless, micromanagement, Horrible salary compared to competition, Commission structure is impossible to make any money, you can be making the company 8k a week (which almost no1 does and your commission will be like $250 a month. People figure this out pretty quickly and then leave for new job. Highest turnover I have ever seen. Extremely Gossipy and unprofessional but they get away with it.Only take this job if you are desperate and are buying time to find a real job. Always shady things going on.

If you don't drink the Kool-Aid and always go along with whatever management feeds you, you are a problem child in their eyes. Heaven forbid you use the brain in your head and think for yourself. The entire operations is very political and lots of the upper management have their children working there.
