      Pros

      The hours are flexible which works for me. The work keeps me busy and I love the fact that I'm constantly interacting with the public resolving issues. Kforce mission is focus, excellent quality of work, loyalty, and experience of which you have expect from each of your employees. My mission is to continue to make our clients/customers happy each and everyday.

      If your looking for long-term career goal I would highly recommend Kforce.

      The company truly values hard work and integrity.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Successful people work 60 hours per week. There are no exceptions unless you have a large corporate account.

      You will get a lot of experience and working with people that don't mind helping and working with you to get you where you want to be.

      Cons

      The only down size that I didn't like was I was working with a very nice gentlemen and they transfer me to someone else. And not to say that he is not nice but I really enjoyed working with the 1st one.
