      they don't know what they're doing

      Pros

      good opportunity to work w/ great clients and able to get out of the office for client visits. not much else

      Cons

      no investment in the workspace. dote way too much on the CEO (who has a really big cheesy picture of himself in the corporate lobby). Comp is terrible. benefits pretty much non-existant. management is very poor - they don't understand recruiting and how to work with the fortune 500 client. would not recommend

      Pros

      Technology tools and processes defined, can be utilized to be effective and provide automation in daily tasks. Thought leadership is very forward thinking usually steps ahead of the game.

      Cons

      Constant change, but for the better, always looking at process improvement.
