      Pros

      Kforce allows you to make an unlimited amount of money. If you're willing to work hard and smart, you'll make a lot more than other staffing companies offer. The best practices we have in place are incredible and are backed by years of experience.

      Cons

      It's hard work, but well worth it when you're looking at a $10K commission check.

      Pros

      The benefits for a single person were so much more affordable than other agencies. The benefits included a 401K plan, medical, dental and vision. This helped maximise your income. The medical and dental plan were also top of the line, which was hard to believe for the price. In terms of the 401K plan, it was awesome! Although, it was not a matching program, however, this offers tax relief. In addition, they provided an opportunity to buy stock at a 5% discount rate.

      Cons

      The downside is that Kforce does not have a 3 month benching period like Accenture or Keane. This means that after you end your project you must actively search for a job

      Pros

      Good name recognition in the staffing industry, some markets across the country have great leadership - see NE/DC/ & Midwest Regions.

      Cons

      You are JUST a NUMBER! You leave everyday feeling replaceable even as a top performer. Little to no career track; little to no promotions within except in the NE and DC markets. NRC in Tampa is slated to take over field jobs and the field doesn't even know their positions are slowly being eliminated.
