      Pros

      KForce is great at training people who have no recruiting or sales experience. Also, the paychecks are excellent, if you are part of the lucky/hardest working few.

      Cons

      Way too much management slows down the sales and recruiting activity. Top performers truly feel replaceable and the enviroment lacks professionalism.

      good database ad depending on your location great name power. Support from home office is excellent. There is good loyalty to productive tenured employees.

      Cons

      In a down economy its about numbers vs the past or the quality of the individual.
