Pros

I enjoy working for the company they placed me in.

Cons

Dishonest about the wages, offered me one hourly rate, then lowered it when the client offered me a position. Told me there would be overtime pay, but when it came time to sign the paperwork overtime was just my hourly rate ... which means no overtime. All of the enrollment process is on you, they provide little to no assistance or guidance in the process. After completing my information for benefits, we are now having to fill out a laundry list of extra paperwork in order to get our benefits. I have never had to work so hard for a contracting company just to get what they offered me. I would not advise anyone to take a role with kforce and I certainly will never do so again.

Pros

They don't bother you too much which is nice, they just let me do the work and don't get in the way.

Cons

Very few benefits but the benefits are on par with other consultant firms. Not great health insurance, they don't match 401k, nothing else extra.

Pros

-Leadership is flexible once you show your are committed and prove your ability to hold yourself accountable for your daily workload. It's been the most flexible work environment I've worked in. -Financially rewarding after you build your network and establish a process and system for recruitment and business development that works for you. -You are given a large amount of responsibility early in your career here. Also, you get experience in all facets of business including: Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, Branding, HR, Operations, Negotiation, Business Development, Relationship Management.

Cons

-As with any job in the sales profession, it does require a great deal of effort and work to establish yourself. -Staffing is a very competitive industry that requires a desire to compete internally and externally. There is a great deal of collaboration, but you are responsible for your own business. It is not the career for those who are timid and do not want to be around employees that are driven by competition. -Not the job for those that do not want a lot of responsibility and have the ability to change directions multiple times a day.
