Kindred Hospitals reviews

Generally a life-sucking negative environment. Kindred likes to "say" that they value their employees, but they do not. Recently, the company core values were changed, but have not and do not operate by them. Nurses have too many patients and management wonders why patients fall, meds are late and hours are over. Equipment is awful, buildings are in poor condition, technology is nonexistent, computers for charting are constantly down or slow, call light system doesn't work correctly, new supplies are cheap/garbage, horrible communication (no mobile phones), etc. I could go on, but this seems like enough reason to work elsewhere.
