Pros

Flexible Schedule, Great Clinician Team, Great per unit rate

Cons

Multiple up line managers, Call rotation consisting of (7) 24hours days every month or more often. Being “on call” on the weekends actually means you will make several visits over Saturday and Sunday with no other scheduled days off until your next weekend off, Multiple computer system changes throughout the past 6 months and still changing. When you actually track the amount of time you are working and compare it to your unit/visit rate, you are being paid a low hourly wage.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, people in locations with direct care contact genuinely care about patients and families

Cons

Overall, fiscal aims seemed to repeatedly "trump" patient care and facility update needs.

Corporate goal is making money; not patient care

Pros

Great therapists who cared about the patients; interacting with patients and other lower level employees.

Cons

It’s true what another reviewer stated, feels like we are set up to fail. All upper management cares about is money, not the patients. I applied and accepted a part time job but it felt like it was more of a full time job with the amount of hours that I was working but without any benefits. For a company that supposedly cares about its employees; part timers do not qualify for any health benefits. I also earned less than the CNAs at the facility where I worked.
