      If you are going to be a working mother, you can’t beat the teacher’s calendar.

      Cons

      There is no checks and balances for administrators. Central Office allows/supports admin to bully their teachers.

      Nice hours and good benefits. Some pretty good people to work with

      Low...low...Very low pay. Some favoritism in management. Some managers, though experienced just are not suitable for job; They're not "people people" Not aloud to discipline students when they're misbehaving No advancement to full time or other job positions when requesting so.
