Consistent paycheck; technology is great

Cons

All dog and pony show; firing teachers for failure rates, test scores, without ever doing a walk through; totalitarian -esque environment with micro managing; students in Klein are just as bad as other districts- no difference, just falsified numbers to appear better

Admin is racing up the ladder and most haven’t spent much time in the classroom. This leads to many decisions without teacher buy in.

Great students, families, and community.

Cons

Twice applied for two different positions within the same group. Current employees are supposed to be interviewed, especially if they have the qualifications. Didn't get a phone call or interview for either position. Only chose those they knew and were part of their social click. Of more than 25 applicants, only brought in a couple to interview with and said there were too many good applicants. Take away, they didn't want to spend the time to interview all those qualified.
