Pros

Good manager who wants to see you progress, with the new CEO there is more vision in the company on where it is going, the goals, and targets.

Cons

It takes a very long time to get anything approved or moved along.

What is quota?

Pros

Product market fit for the core offering of security awareness training is solid. Overall most of the people at the company are very nice. Due to the lack of organization and so many vacant positions in leadership, many assume that if you excel there should be opportunities for career growth.

Cons

One SMB AE hit annual quota in 2025. It is the last week of January and nobody knows what the comp plan is or what quota is. They've been talking about making changes and how great the new comp plan is going to be for nearly a year. Many people are nervous when they finally do announce a change it will be even worse. There is so much friction and bureaucracy to take even the simplest action. For example, in order to create an email template or a cadence in Salesloft, they have a "Cadence Committee" to make all of these decisions. Nobody knows who is on the committee, how often they meet, what the criteria is for getting anything approved. It makes no sense. Sellers have almost no visibility and insight into their own business. No ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Apparently we are hiring 100+ more salespeople. Do they plan to divide the already minimal amount of leads amongst all of these new hires too?
