Hello. First and foremost, we have a very strict no religion and no politics policy at KnowBe4. Our policies and procedures are standard business practices that most global technology companies adhere to. We do indeed pride ourselves on radical transparency and have done our best to keep all Knowsters in the loop of company-wide changes that are happening. We are undergoing restructuring to align with our new go-to-market strategy. This included increased compensation plans across the board, especially for our customer-facing Knowsters. It also required restructuring certain areas to ensure the best customer experience.
