This creates an accessible atmosphere where employees feel supported and can easily share knowledge. Training and Integration (Onboarding) The onboarding process is excellently organized. New hires are inducted efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring a quick and successful integration into the team and organization. Recognition and Focus (Sales) Despite the commercial focus, there is a strong sales culture with great emphasis on personal recognition and appreciation.
