We understand your concerns about the absence of cost of living adjustments in January, but it's important to clarify that this decision doesn't diminish our appreciation for your hard work. Our bonus program has already awarded a $2,000 monthly bonus and smaller bonuses this year, maintaining a trajectory similar to previous years.
