      Pros

      I built this company from scratch. It's my fifth startup. I love to come to work every day and continue our hyper-growth with the team of A-players we have. It's a great team that focuses on getting it done right the first time, doing it fast and having fun while we do it! This is a meritocracy, we run the place by the numbers and if you perform, you can move into a management role fast. Did you know that the *average* pay here is way higher than normal?

      Cons

      Hyper-growth means teething problems now and then. But we have the problems we want to have !

      Pros

      Profit sharing, casual atmosphere, hosted lunches and celebrations, snacks, fast growing company with a great product.

      Cons

      Working 9-6, would prefer 8-5. Benefits could be better. Matching 401k. Sales lead model needs improvement.

      Pros

      It is a fun and happy place to work! It is great working for a team where everyone cheers each other on for their successes.

      Cons

      The working hours of 9:00 - 6:00 for all employees

      Now we have Flex Time!!! We are constantly finding ways to make this a better place to work. The one constant in hyper-growth is change. This we will keep on doing. :)
