3yWe’re glad to hear you enjoy your coworkers and the fun culture! In the United States, we offer open paid time off (PTO), allowing employees to take PTO with no set number of days per year. However, as you mentioned, our sales and customer success teams do have small blackout periods at the end of each month and quarter, where non-emergency PTO is restricted. We always want to be very transparent about this policy, and we are sure to inform every potential sales and customer success team member about this policy during the hiring process. These time periods are very exciting and productive times for our sales sector, and the blackout dates allow us to come together as a team to meet our organizational goals!
