I worked for Knowledge Services for a little less than a year. I had such a positive experience with everyone there from day one. Human Resources and Leadership all really make an effort to make every employee feel welcome and engaged on a daily basis. They have monthly events that bring everyone together and promotes a close-knit culture. You can tell the executives genuinely cares about the work the company does, but also how the employees themselves feel about coming into work. After moving onto a different company, I can say that the effort Leadership, HR, and managers put forth to make the company feel special isn't something you find most places. I would highly recommend Knowledge Services to anyone looking for a positive work environment with passionate, caring coworkers.

Cons

Pay and benefits aren't as competitive as they could be.

Working for Knowledge Services was an amazing experience. After being hired I was immediately part of the family. Not only does Knowledge Services have a strong Leadership team they also have great managers that are always available to help team members grow. Knowledge Services regularly held celebrations to celebrate team members and the company successes. The organization was continuously looking for new benefit offerings and other ways to give back to team members. I was honored to work at such a positive organization.

I love working here! Julie and Joe truly embrace family values, healthy work-life balance, and genuine care for their employees and company. We have tons of collaboration both in office and virtually along with the tech/tools to be successful.
