Pros

Great leadership team who truly want the best of everyone. Worked here long enough to see it is very close knit. Try and pay and do kind rewards for staff and teamwork.

Cons

As with most organizations, need to focus on problem children and quickly deal. We are so close and pretty much intertwined that it is not always quickly addressed.
