Small town community hospital with a lot of positive energy

Pros

There are many employees here who want to give their best to the community. I'm convinced that the patients who come here absolutely get the best of care. A far cry from the big city hospitals... it's nice, clean and a great place to work.

Cons

A general lack of accountability for those few disengaged employee's, physicians and staff alike.

Growing very fast so it's sometimes difficult to maintain an adequate infrastructure.
