Close to home, wonderful co-workers, good benefits, very community oriented, education reimbursement, on-going on the job training, some flexibility with work hours

Cons

poor pay, little to no room for advancement, inept management, constantly changing department policies, unequal treatment among employees, poor organization

Upper Management needs work, typical small town hospital drama. Great place to get some hospital experience before going to a larger hospital
