      Pros

      Really loved joining Koala, especially during Covid times onboarding and meeting the wider team is challenging, but Koala have gone above and beyond to make sure this experience has been as smooth and in depth as possible! A great place to work with great people! They make you feel really valued!

      I have only been in the role a few months but no negatives to talk about!

      Free food in the kitchens and flexible work from home

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about most issues raised by the staff especially those considered junior or within customer support. When you raise issues you are met with disinterest, false support that they'll discuss it with the SLT or you're let go. Employee churn rate is high there for a reason.
