      Poor HR management. The culture they were once known for has now deteriorated due to growth. Arrogant and Aloof management. Very unprofessional dealing with issues. Lack of training.

      Pros

      Insanely fun and relaxed workplace. Great team. Creative freedom. Very strong no ad wankers policy. Writing everything from TVC's, outdoor, online and radio in a week. Free food and booze all week. Free furniture. Smartest minds in the game to teach you about misc other stuff if you want.
