Pros

They still make payroll (somehow)

Cons

Too many people with "WorldWide _______" "Vice President of ____________" "Director of ____________".... many of these managers have never traveled outside of Rochester.

Thank you for your thoughts. As you know Kodak Alaris is a transforming business and we continue to adjust and change our organizations and leadership roles as we get clearer on our path forward. We feel it is the person in the role, not the job title that will help us achieve our future. Hopefully the titles are not getting in the way… - Paul (Human Resources)

Pros

Up until recently, KA was a great place to work. Pay is relatively competitive, decent benefits, fantastic people to work with. Opportunities for flexible work.

Cons

I encourage prospective employees to take stock in more recent reviews above anything else because things have changed drastically. New ownership has changed the culture and not for the better. Communication is no longer transparent, very few of the tenured executive/senior leadership team are left (having been removed or voluntarily quit due to the change in ownership). You can read between the lines there...don't expect your experience coming in to match what you've read about prior to 2024.
