Thanks for your comments. I guess I would be stating the obvious to say that you are frustrated with recent changes in our benefits - that is understandable. Through our benchmarking we believe our benefits and compensation packages are competitive within the different marketplaces in which we compete. Are they as rich as when we were part of Kodak? No, but we are attempting to balance the cost of our benefits so that they are affordable to both employees and the business – we want Kodak Alaris and all of our employees to have a solid foundation for moving forward. - Paul (Human Resources)

Frustrating

Pros

Good work/life balance; trustworthy co-workers who want to see us succeed and will help even in short notice. Learning

Cons

Terrible terrible comp plan (thanks Management!); unreasonable quota assignments (thanks again Management!!); remarkably aged staff, many who are totally retired on the job, this is not a blanket statement, so have worked there 30+ years and are superior, but those are the exception to the otherwise simple rule of entitled people who worked at EKC in the "good ole days".

It is always nice to hear when our employees appreciate their co-workers and the work / life balance that Kodak Alaris offers. We encourage you to reach out to your Manager regarding your quota - we want challenging not unrealistic goals. As a young company we will continue to review and benchmark our compensation plans for competitiveness and effectiveness. If you are part of the Information Management business we did change the timing of payments back to monthly since you wrote this review – so hopefully that has helped. - Lisa Days, Talent Acquisition Manager

Great Internship Experience

Pros

Extremely friendly people with lots of collaboration. The marketing and branding team allowed me to work on many different aspects in the field in order to find out what fit my interests are.

Cons

There was not enough work to consistently keep me busy. There wasn't a clearly defined program or workload set for the Co-Op program

Thank you the feedback and we are glad that you enjoyed your internship with us. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that we are planning to make the summer 2016 experience even better for interns. We listened to the responses that we received (via a survey and elsewhere) to think through improvements. Good luck on your career and keep in touch, -Brennan (Head of Internal Communication)
