Pros
The schedule is flexible, so you can work another job or go to school and you'll usually still get at least 15 hours a week; it's a good starter job for someone; it promotes from within.
Cons
the pay is absolute garbage; management expects too much from the associates: we have to clean the floor, help customers, respond to register calls all at the same time; there is little to no communication between management and supervisors, and even less between management and hourly employees; supervisors are apparently responsible for everything that goes wrong in their department, even if it's because the hourly people aren't pulling their weight.
