Great co-workers! Like a family! No other pros at this place.

Cons

Nepotism by far the worst I've ever seen. With their move to NJ, any local KM job openings were given to upper Management's friends. Waste of time to even apply. In my opinion, their move to NJ was the best thing that happened to the Windsor employees. There is a life outside of KM...far less stressful...

Pros

The employees are some of the best people in the world.

Cons

No loyalty to employees. I have recently been involved in what KMBS is calling layoffs, when really its strategic firings. I have seen people who have 29 years into the company being let go. People who have worked hard, especially to complete projects successfully. Its disgusting, and makes me ashamed to say I work for KMBS. This just goes to show me no matter how hard you work, and how loyal you are to KMBS, management doesn't care about you.

Pros

Very good base salary, uncapped commissions, aggressive sales spiffs ($10k-20k cash reward card, international trips, etc). The new managers have made smart changes in training and support to keep sales reps happy for the long term. The company overall has shifted to being a full scale technology provider to stay relevant and competitive in a fast paced industry. Work hard, play hard mentality. Upward mobility.

Cons

Lots of technology to learn, but someone who is interested in technology should be fine.
