Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Decent training. Decent work environment. Having a hard time meeting the 20 word minimum so I am just rambling.

Cons

Upper management can do no wrong. Constantly coming up with new ideas directions, strategies to increase profits only to come up with a completely new idea, change direction and strategize how to implement it 6 months later. They think they can sum up someone's position in a spreadsheet as if everything can be quantified by a number with no actual input from a human being.
