The company and it's management are a bunch of liars. After working for them for more that 20 yrs with the promise of a severance package equivalent to time spent they screwed me out of it. ( I even had a written letter from the corporate lawyer stating that I would get my FULL severance). The management of this company is a big joke. I once traveled with a Director who could not pay for his own expenses because he had forgot his credit card (or so he said). The day I was let go I had to sit and listen to a corporate presentation on how well the company was doing and how the department I was a part of was producing millions of dollars in income for them. This was even though I knew that I was about to be let go. If they tell you it is raining outside make sure they are not putting something else in your ear. I would seriously think twice about working for this company.

I would not recommend working at KM to anyone. My time there was an absolute nightmare. The micromanagement is suffocating — every move you make is monitored, and I was personally berated by my manager on multiple occasions. Despite being hired for sales, I spent a disproportionate amount of time buried in admin tasks, all under constant scrutiny. The office culture is virtually nonexistent, and morale is incredibly low. Compensation is shockingly poor, especially considering the level of stress and unrealistic meeting expectations. If you’re still excited by the idea of selling printers door-to-door after reading this, then maybe it’s for you — but I’d strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
