      Pros

      Good pay nice working conditions. Very nice people at Kony but few are empowered (ironic since our slogan is Empowering Everywhere).

      Cons

      Kony's solutions are complex, confusing and engineered by incompetence. It has hired an all new executive team none familiar with the mobile market and are trying to put lipstick on the Kony pig. It's a shell game for an IPO. We are losing customers right an left. If you work here you better dust off your resume as HR exec is hunting for you. Meanwhile the executives now in Texas or California rarely show up in Orlando. They are up in the Kony cloud somewhere.

      Kony has hired a new executive team who come from the enterprise software space with consistent track records of success and who indeed are very familiar with the Mobile Solutions space. The vision is to continue to grow revenues and further position Kony as the Market Leader and a potential IPO is part of the longer term strategy. Our products have been recognized by the Gartner Group and we have been awarded the "leader" position on their magic quadrant two years in a row. Our executive team has visited Orlando, Florida on a frequent basis and will continue to do so moving forward.

      Pros

      Kony is a leading provider of mobility services and is rated highly by analysts You can get paid above the market rate and may be able to get relocation costs to Austin or Orlando, both of which are state tax-free locations

      Cons

      No clear strategy for the company's products Ongoing reorganization has left everything in disarray with new owners for all functions onsite / offshore continues to work in their own silos they claim they will release an IPO soon but there is more chance of NASA getting funding for space shuttle program HR has been adding 5 star reviews to glassdoor citing roles that don't even exist in the company

      Exciting work as it is in the mobile space

      Cons

      Management, Product is terrible (look at Southwest Airlines app. The text is not even consistent on the buttons - this is a product limitation)
