Pros
If you work well under these parameters (dictator mentality), then go for it. The vertical, A/I-Bots is booming and it's a fantastic and exciting industry to be in.
Cons
They continue to cycle through very talented people with no clear vision in mind. Not to mention that there is zero interest in improvement of the staff. They would rather squeeze you for every last contact you have and then throw you away like the rest. Beyond that, the "inner-circle" of management are well-payed minions to Raj (founder/CEO) and who can blame them. As long as they last through the belittling, demeaning tirades, poor vision and change of direction then they are getting a handsome reward for that. Oh and did I mention that they still haven't sold anything? They claim to have users but the truth is that they don't.
