Pros

I didn't have a pro while working here.

Cons

Don't do it. The CEO is absolutely terrible to his employees. He is way too hands on making unpredictable and unstable changes on a whim. All leadership is cocky and rude.

Pros

Not many, it’s hard to find any and be positive, I tried the whole time I was there

Cons

Run. The CEO is not a nice person. The elephant has two mouths. They do not care about their people and they are very unprofessional at the exec level. What does it say when some people leave a company without a parachute, no job in hand and no severance but they are super happy to not have to work at Kore. They tagline “it’s not my job” - there is only a two handful groups of people willing to help you, it takes forever to get anything done and I’ve seen too many customers lied to; very disheartening that you can’t follow through with what you say you’re going to do for customers. Your integrity and soul goes out the window. The tech is supposed to be what makes this place worth it, but there are many other options out there that are solid today. They had a competitive advantage but every month they fall behind.

Great people. Poor leadership and strategy

Pros

Lots of smart hard working people in this org but they are rarely listened to.

Cons

Constantly shifting strategy. Erratic wildcard CEO that surrounds himself with friends and yes men. Nepotism is alive and well here. C Suite is quick to promote their children, in laws, friends and people for their inner circle. Lots of internal silos. Overly complicated sales process that slows deals. Lofty and likely unobtainable quotas. Poor lead generation.
