I love the company and the people who work there. They really care about their employees.

Cons

The customers can be more high maintenence but that's what we ate getting paid to do.

Felt as though I was a real contributor to maintaining the functionality of the particular store. Felt a great tie to the community through customer interactions

Cons

Many of the employees there didn't seem as though they wanted to be there. Didn't bring real passion to the workplace and therefore lacked in some leadership skills. Overall not much uncommon from other places.
