Management strategy is outdated and only focused on manpower to solve production issues. Senior management fails to understand the need for investment in facilitating production needs and sticks with the word of “we always did it this way”

Good benefits - private healthcare, pension A lot of the staff are lovely (although the few bad apples really ruin it)

Cons

Terribly run, management style is “headless chicken” on a good day. Don’t believe the marketing ploys this company is managed by toxic narcissists, you don’t want to work here.
