      Very good long standing company with great health benefits. Decent pay competitive

      Cons

      Dated attendance policy. A very bureaucratic feel. Unequal pay for women. Very few female managers. Almost zero minorities represented in management. Definitely lacking diversity. Very flat structured.

      Level of expectation is high, Quality of work is important, and the tools are there for purchase. Money isn't an issue

      You are over looked and over worked. Racism does exist towards non-white.
