Cons

Due to typical Japanese company, there are some difficulties for foreign employees. Kuraray is really conservative.

Perfect to get to know a quick insight in how a chemical plant works from a research and quality control side. Interesting for starting students of chemistry/ chemical engineering.

Cons

Difficult to say as I have been working there for only 2 months. You should analyse reviews of more senior workers working at this company.

Very collegial atmosphere, get a lot of cooperation and help from coworkers. Annual performance based on team results. Lots of opportunity for growth

Cons

Management doesn't communicate well. Hard to tell what they're priorities are at times. Big decisions take a lot of time and always need to be approved by an obscure process in Japan.
