Pros

Kuraray has a lot of employee perks and treats employees with respect. The company continually strives to find new programs to make the company one of the best and brightest companies to work for in Houston.

Cons

The infrastructure of the company makes it difficult to move up, especially in Accounting. The company does try to hire from within when possible. However, the majority of Sales positions are held by men and supported by women who have little opportunity to move up.
