Money is good, good benefits , good people to work with. Clean plant to work in, Safety conscious.

Cons

Young company in the States. Can be physically demanding when stuff hits the fan. But getting better all the time. Little room for promotion or change of environment or job title. Despite this, the future looks bright for this company.
