Pros

In the morning all employees line up in their respective lines with managers in the front of the row. Then we are told about the company philosophy, which management ignores.

Cons

Forget skill development, they keep you at a low level so you can not leave. Pay is terrible. Most execs are clueless about the real world and do not permit working from home......if you have to wait for a handyman or are sick.
