      slow, but good for work-life balance

      Pros

      work/life balance, we had a good team, but most of the people left. good opportunity to meet people from all over the world and learn some Japanise :)) very friendly people benefits were good, although there were some problems with healthcare provider, but it always turned ok. (after being on the phone for an hour :)) but it was a minor problem actually.

      Cons

      bad communications between the management, slow time reaction. Nobody knows what's where, who is doing what.
