Pros

1. You'll learn the basics and standards of software testing 2. Complete standard benefits after regularization 3. Semi-flexible work hours 4. It's a moderate sized company, you will meet different types of personality, good and bad 5. Lots of activities/events just like college events. Younger and extrovert people might find it fun.

Cons

1. Pay starts around PHP 16K to PHP 22K for fresh graduates or for people with 1-2 years experience 2. Working Saturdays to offset Philippine holidays. This isn't every weekend. 3. Minimal pay increase 4. You may encounter toxic manager/s 5. Company events are outside working hours. E.g. You'll be asked to decorate the office after working hours. No pay.
