Pros

Benefits are good and twice per year performance bonuses. Colleagues are fun to work with. Clubs and Company Events.

Cons

Very low salary and increase does not justify work load, despite upper management flexing that sales are up and have exceeded goals. Aside from initial domain training, no trainings are provided that promote technical growth. Micromanagement is very rampant and feels like managers doesn't trust you at all. HR is very unresponsive to inquiries and often times it feels like talking to bots. Outdated technologies and processes. Logging of project hours is a very tedious, time consuming task and is very counter productive. Engineers do the cleaning and are monitored daily as if we aren't busy enough with our respective tasks.
