      Pros

      Not stressful work environment. Everyone is very easy to work with. Great PTO- 4 weeks of paid time off plus unlimited sick time. You are paid overtime starting at 4 hours extra per week

      Cons

      Just a horrible company culture. Company does nothing to incentivize employees to stay long term. No lunches, nothing going on, just come to work and leave. Which they should because they have a bad attrition problem. Job is very boring. You're at a desk in front of a screen for forty hours a week. People are sort of anti social. Also, I've heard people have issues getting promotions/raises. I regularly witness people given responsibilities beyond their job level. (Though I haven't experienced this myself)

      There are some great people to work with.

      Cons

      The new leadership in the IT department does not prioritize its employees. Any role in IT has become mundane. Current leadership does not encourage growth with their internal employees. Instead, leadership decides to outsource IT functions with external contractors. Over the years, L3Harris has turned from a company that cared/invested for its employees to essentially a contracting company. Working any other role rather than IT may be great, however employees in the IT department feel their jobs are hanging on by a thread. Overall, internal employees & their roles are not respected. Please be aware that IT leadership is constantly looking to outsource.
