Pros

Hours. You'll probably get a lot bc they are historically understaffed

Cons

Remember, they don't care about you, just profits. They barely care about the patients which is whom they derive their money from. Expect unhappy residents, unhappy staff and no raises. They will also 'let you go' w/o any warnings so don't expect to get written up

Pros

I have worked at all the major competitors and truly believe that LCB is by far the best. I get the support I need from my regional, Sam J, and all the other disciplines. I read some of these reviews and get really frustrated to see that some of my peers(former and current) don't want to take ownership of their community. I have never experienced a regional, director, or vp not supporting me and my community. During this whole pandemic, the Norwood Corporate office was there for me and my community. I can tell you that was not the case at some of my competitors. LCB has policies, procedures, and systems just like everyone else. The problem here is that some people think just because your the ED, you should make all those rules and decisions. Policies and procedures are in place for a reason!! I have questioned things before with accounting , hr, payroll and after understand the why behind it. I may not agree all the time, but who does. My community is beautiful, I have a great team, and together we make the culture in the community. LCB gives us the tools to do just that. Thank you, LCB, I'm glad I found my forever home, it has been a great 3+ years.

Cons

I hate emails, as a company. we do send quite a few. I would like to see lower cost insurance for our associates, more affordable.
