I like working for LCB because it gives me the opportunity to help seniors live their lives to their fullest and as independently as possible. I get to make a difference in their lives every day. I get to work with some amazing associates and work as a team. The management team is very approachable from top to bottom. There is a generous meal provided with every shift.

Cons

I don't have any downsides of working at LCB.

I am a newbie at The Residence at South Windsor Farms and I must say that it is a breath of fresh air from where I came from. All the directors from every department are friendly, outgoing, always willing to lend a helping hand where needed. The staff here are very friendly,always smiling, and always help one another out. I am the Resident Care Coordinator and love all my staff they are always open to hearing new things and willing to help one another out. They work well as a team. I would recommend anyone to come join our team its a great one and we make a lasting memory on our residents, their families, and our staff.
