Pros

The residents are amazing and so are most CNAs and all the nurses. The building is phenomenal. Such a beautiful place

Cons

Management opinions were not always accurate and sometimes there was miscommunication. There were a few CNAs who weren't that great

Working with a group of amazing seniors

Cons

All they care about is their investors. Sales and Marketing fabricates unrealistic care and promises to seniors. Corporate office does not support managers.
