Pros

Competitive pay, benefits are good but expensive. PTO is decent but not great and not competitive with out of industry.

Cons

The leadership for the care at the corporate level is non-existant. There is no training or support for Resident Care Directors. Top level management often says they're there to support you but when you ask for support they tell you to own your business. They only care about the new construction and making more money. They ignore everything as long as the bottom line looks good. If numbers look good because staffing is inadequate...OH WELL! The other big issue is constant talk about culture...but it's all talk no action. There is no actual caring for PEOPLE.

Working with an incredible group of seniors many living with Dementia.

Cons

Very poor Mangement from the top down, poor communication to all staff, top management discriminate against any staff of color, staff of color treated differently by very top management. Top management bullies staff under them, home office does nothing when staff complain. Top Management-Home office breaks own policies all the time. Cares about bottom line more than safety of residents and staff.
