Resident contact is possible and rewarding.

Cons

Senior management makes decisions based on invalidated facts, hip shot decision making and does not follow their own company philosophy for integrity and honesty. Don't keep up with the industry competition for healthcare. Highly political environment. If you are not in the "in group" you won't make it. It's not what you know, it's who you hang out with.
