Pros

They pay you for working there. That's genuinely the only positive I can see here.

Cons

Simply the single most political, petty, and unprofessional workplace I've ever had the misfortune of occupying. Policies are changed without any memoranda. You're forced to source most of your services through other LCS-owned companies, regardless of their price or performance. Interdepartmental rivalry is not only rampant, but encouraged. Benefits and bonuses are routinely fiddled with, a date fudged here or a late entry there, and suddenly the metrics you meet don't show eligibility for bonuses. This is a horrible, horrible company, filled with people who are ineffectual at best and flat-out two-faced in most cases.

Pros

Christmas bonus is generous, the facility is clean, the exterior landscaping is well kept.

Cons

There is lack of leadership, constantly changing administrators and directors. Employees are asked to convince the residents that the decisions are based on what is best for them when in reality the decision is based on money and filling the beds.
