Pros

There is the ability to work for the seniors we serve. Compensation is reasonable. Communities are usually well maintained.

Cons

Top Management have worked together too long and they do not listen to any other ideas other than theirs. Politics at best...in or out crowd not based on performance but based on do I like you. Processes are the most important thing to LCS. They do not understand the importance of people.

Pros

They do have history in the industry and everything is very methodlogical. They have a calculated approach to everything.

Cons

If you are one if "them" then you are in. If not, you are on the outs. I did not perceive a respect for integrity, honesty, or change.

The communities are wonderful and working with the residents is what most people care about

Cons

Ed Kenny is a dishonest person, non-caring, manipulative. No transparency at the senior management level, lack of work/life balance - very political and it does depend on what region you are in.
